The refurbishment adds 600m2 of lettable area including a new top floor with stunning 360º views of Auckland. A complete re-clad gives the building a fresh identity and the retrofit of the lobby further brightens and enhances the feel of the building. The project improves the appearance and functionality of the building as well as updating fire, weatherproofing and accessibility features.
